PULSE.toml - Defining additional jobs

Recently I made the following changes to help make Pulse work better.

5 new jobs added to PULSE.toml:

1. knowledge-harvest — 3:10 AM nightly (KnowledgeHarvester, was unwired before)
2. wisdom-synthesis — 3:20 AM nightly (WisdomCrossFrameSynthesizer)
3. telos-summary — Sunday 4:00 AM (GenerateTelosSummary)
4. architecture-summary — Sunday 4:10 AM (ArchitectureSummaryGenerator)
5. relationship-reflect — Sunday 4:20 AM (RelationshipReflect)

Also built WisdomCapture.hook.ts as a new SessionEnd hook — fires after WorkCompletionLearning, extracts domain+observation pairs via Inference.ts, and writes to WisdomFrameUpdater. Registered in settings.json.

Should these have been there by default?
