Thinking tip shows stale PAI/Algorithm version

Bug

The "thinking tip" displayed during inference shows outdated version info:

Tip: PAI v4.0.1 with Algorithm v3.6.0 — the latest system architecture.

Actual current versions: PAI 4.0.3 / Algorithm v3.7.0 (as shown correctly in the statusline).

Expected

The tip should either reflect the current versions dynamically, or be updated to match the current release.

Steps to reproduce

Trigger any thinking/inference step in OpenClaw — the tip appears in the output below the spinner.

Closing — the upstream v4.0.3 release already has the correct versions. The stale tip was only in a local settings.json that carried over from an older install. No upstream fix needed.
