[BUG] Incorrect calendar dates with German locale

In German locale the first day of the week is Monday. The popup displays the name of the weeks correctly (Mo. Di. Mi. Do. Fr. Sa. So.). The problem is that the date numbers are organized in the Sunday first format.

On the screenshot, 2025.11.13 is shown as Friday but actually it is Thursday.

Today is Thurs, 11 Dec, using FR locale shows 11 Dec as Ven. (Friday)

@danielmoncada I am trying to fix this bug and file a PR. Is there any developer-facing documentation how to work with the project? I tried npm run start and opening http://localhost:4200/ in my browser, but I only get "connection was reset." Is that supposed to show a running example of the component usage? How else would I go about testing my changes?

@rh-sp Haven't really looked into it, but I believe it has to do with the adapter. Which adapter are you using?
Also, from a dev standpoint, there is a demo project that uses a "file" reference to the library so that you can confirm functionality.

Hi @danielmoncada,

I thought I had the moment adapter configured, but now I'm not so sure. A colleague set up the native adapter in a place that previously didn't have any adapter configured, which resolved the issue.

About the project not working for me, I don't know the exact reason, but it seems to be that my dev container setup was borked somehow.
