feat(locales): 更新中文翻译文件

- 更新多个.po文件中的翻译内容
- 修复翻译中的格式问题和错误
- 添加缺失的翻译字符串
- 更新Babel版本至2.17.0
- 调整部分翻译以更符合中文表达习惯
- 完善数学公式和代码块的翻译
- 更新文档日期和版本信息

refactor(workflows): 移除manim相关安装步骤

- 注释掉pages.yml中的manim安装命令
- 保持工作流文件简洁性

chore(deps): 更新pydata-sphinx-theme依赖

- 将pydata-sphinx-theme依赖从固定版本改为最低版本
- 提高主题兼容性和灵活性
