Dapr.TestContainers should allow setting the app-host.

Describe the feature

Add to the DaprRuntimeOptions a setting to add the Application host in addition to the port.
This would allow the app to run in a docker container locally instead of having to run on localhost.

For clarification, you're asking that there be an option to change the app channel address, right? There's not a daprd CLI command to just arbitrarily change the host value.

It's my understanding that Testcontainers is spinning up a Docker container locally (on localhost), so I don't entirely follow what you're getting at.

I am indeed talking about setting --app-channel-address
The reason for this is that I am using a docker network that also includes my app so i would like to configure dapr to use the networkalias.

When using the normal container builder this works fine.:
