Adds a new Residential Proxy Networks section to the list, covering proxy services that route traffic through real residential IPs.

Added entries:

  • IPLoop — Two-sided residential proxy platform with 44,000+ active nodes across 195+ countries. HTTP, HTTPS (CONNECT), and SOCKS5 support. SDKs for Python, Node.js, and Android.
  • ProxyClaw — AI-agent proxy skill built on IPLoop. Designed for automated web scraping and data collection.

Why this section?

Residential proxy networks are a distinct category from forward/reverse/SOCKS proxies — they provide real residential IPs rather than datacenter IPs, which is critical for web scraping, ad verification, and geo-restricted content access. This is a growing category that fits the scope of this awesome list.

Also added the section link to the Index for navigation.
