The list covers proxy server types and implementations but has no section for the client-side tools people use to scrape, test and manage proxies. This adds a "Proxy Tools & Checkers" section seeded with the well-known open-source checkers (ProxyBroker, proxy-scraper-checker, Unfx, ProxyChecker) plus ProxyForge.

The list does a great job covering proxy server types and implementations (forward/reverse, SOCKS, HTTP, FTP, DNS), but there's no section for the client-side tools people use to scrape, test and manage proxies — which is what a lot of folks land here looking for.
This adds a Proxy Tools & Checkers section seeded with the well-known open-source checkers/scrapers plus one desktop app:
