Assessment: The WKWebsiteDataStore.proxyConfigurations API is already used in BrowserPanel.swift:2803-2823 for the SSH relay scenario, and the macOS 14.0 deployment target satisfies the API minimum. However, no browser.proxy config surface exists in CmuxConfig.swift. Needs a product decision on whether Programa's user base needs app-scoped browser proxy routing, and how to expose it (config file only, Settings UI, or both).
