Interactive orchestra animation: split layout, hover tooltips, md breakpoint

- Hero is now split: text left, animation right (md breakpoint, 768px)
- When stacked on mobile, text is centered
- Hover any node for a tooltip with role, name, description, live status
- Tooltips use "Worker" instead of "Musician" for clarity
- Nodes glow brighter and show dashed ring on hover
- Connections highlight when hovering connected nodes
