Missing translation in AI panel

In the AI preferences panel, the task column is not translated:

[andriiryzhkov]

This string comes from model's config.json. I was not treating is as translatable string, rather like an identifier.

Another topic is model card. It also comes from config.json, so not classically translatable as far as I understand. We would probably need to come up with a way add translation directly into the config.json. Or some other smart way.

For the task as this is a closed list we can add the strings to be translated into an AI .c file in Darktable code and just use the gettext() routine to have them displayed translated on screen.

For the model card it another story, probably hard so not sure we want to do it. We'll see if I can come up with a solution.
