Add more permalinks to reports

Hi Gilles,

A nice little thing that could potentially be added to make linking to a certain query easier would be to add permalinks to each of the queries (or other list items) in the various sections.

E.G. Add a permalink to the UPDATE saved searches .* query here

I might tackle this in the future depending on what you think of it and how hard it'd be to implement, I don't know much about HTML so I have no idea.
