Once I edit the agent prompt within the markdown file, are there any best practices (current - I saw the solo developer workflow planning doc with the proposed CLI comment that is as-yet unimplemented) if I were to want to update to new stuff? I'm already up-to-date with v2 - so I'm not talking about a migration, just a workflow going forward.
