- rename remaining DatabendClientV1-era symbols and use internal PresignClient
- introduce dedicated presign, stage upload, and streaming load exceptions
- preserve HTTP retry causes and handle malformed login/query/heartbeat responses
- fix tuple/bitmap JDBC metadata mapping
- add unit and integration coverage for retries, presign flows, lifecycle, metadata, and type mappings
