[SEA-NodeJS] bump KERNEL_REV to merged #122 (8bedaab)

Pin to the squashed merge commit of databricks-sql-kernel#122
(feat(napi): expose sync StatementCanceller via executeStatementCancellable),
now on kernel main. Supersedes the pre-merge branch-tip pin (754f162).
