Remove test_full_audit.py — local probe script, not a repo artifact

Accidentally committed in the previous commit. The script targets a
private dogfood warehouse, requires an exported DATABRICKS_DOGFOOD_TOKEN,
and hardcodes a specific catalog/schema; it's a developer probe, not a
unit/integration test. The corresponding repo-shape coverage is in
tests/test_local/test_ddl.py::TestBindParamQuoting.
