Closing as obsolete. This PR bumps undici 5.28.5 → 5.29.0, but the dependency tree has since moved off the 5.x line entirely — main now resolves only undici@6.27.0 and undici@7.28.0 (requested as ^6.19.2/^6.21.3 and ^7.19.0). There is no longer any undici@5.28.x in the lockfile to bump, so this change is a no-op against current main (and conflicts with it).

If a security fix is still needed on the 6.x/7.x lines, Dependabot will raise it separately. Closing this stale 5.x bump.
