Drop v3.18.6 from the helm-install and integration-tests matrices so CI covers the latest minor of each supported Helm major (v3.21.0 and v4.2.0). Update the tested-with note in copilot-instructions.md accordingly. Signed-off-by: yxxhero <aiopsclub@163.com>
