rgb arguments not needed in plotting true color raster #507

Description

@sstevens2

How could the content be improved?

At our workshop today at UW-Madison, the instructor left out the r=1, g=2, b=3 arguments since those are not needed if the band are in standard rgb order. To save some typing, I recommend we change this in the lesson and instead add a spoiler or callout mentioning that you can specify if the layers are in an unexpected order instead.

Which part of the content does your suggestion apply to?
