Remove debug info in logs

CLI commands should not have any debug info until special options are specified like -v

What about in Studio logs? Should we show them there by default? I think it's useful to see infos like UDF is continuing from last checkpoint, or is skipped completely etc.

in the unix commands - no logs. we should fully support Unix semantic.
