Disable pagination buttons when there are fewer than 10 records

Describe the bug

Even when there are fewer than 10 records, pagination takes the user to the next "empty" page.

To Reproduce

1. Visit Run Results for one of the runs and click on > button in the pagination.

Expected behavior

Button to navigate to the next page is disabled when there are less than 10 records.
