Ports the two new DocumentConversion samples from develop-18 (PRs #106/#107/#110 and #109) to develop-21:
Both samples are adapted to APDFL 21 conventions:
net10.0, x64,AutoGenerateBindingRedirects, andAdobe.PDF.Library.LM.NET 21.*. The sample source is unchanged from develop-18 (the 18→21 migration in #99 required no source changes). Both samples are added totasks.py's CI sample list and the DocumentConversion README.Verified locally that both projects compile cleanly on net10.0.
