DOC-5089 driver prefix/redundancy stuff

• Update driver prefixes
• Update driver documentation links
• Replace content duplicated from the driver docs with links to the driver docs.

Please look at the diff first because most changes are minor, and I will be updating all of these pages more extensively in the future.

• connect clients to proxy - sample client applications: Edit the content preceding the samples
• connect clients to target: Add compatibility link to generic CQL cluster section, and remove large comment block from the Astra section (all versions noted in the comment block are the minimum supported versions for Astra DB, so they are all covered by the compatibility tables).
• feasibility checklists: Slight edits to three sections, but more work planned for this page in the future.
• Troubleshooting scenarios: Edit a few issues that mentioned drivers, however this page has to be overhauled in the future.
