DOC-4604 Quickstart and general cleanup

• Move quickstart content from Streaming Learning, Astra Streaming, and Luna Streaming to this one.
• Apply some helpful attributes.
• Unify & reorg the nav.
• Remove trailing + throughout.
• Fix table syntax.
• Change is/does/will/do/are not to contractions.
• Change future tense to present tense except where appropriate to use future tense.
• Other low-hanging fruit style guide edits.
