First of all, thank you for wanting to help! This project exists to save developers hundreds of hours by filtering the noise and focusing on the foundations that remain relevant in today's production environments.
We don't want a list of every WWDC session. We want a curated path of "Instant Classics." Before suggesting a session, ask yourself:
- Does this teach a core concept (Memory, Data Flow, Design)?
- If a junior dev watches this today, will they learn something applicable to Swift 6+?
- Is it production-first? (Does it solve real-world problems or just show a demo?)
If you spot any of the following, feel free to open a PR or Issue immediately:
- Broken Links: A session URL that no longer works.
- Typos: Any spelling or formatting errors in the descriptions.
- Outdated Content: If a session is now misleading due to major framework changes (e.g., old SwiftUI patterns that are now considered bad practice).
If you think a vital session or an entire topic (e.g., Server-side Swift, Advanced Graphics) is missing:
- Check that it isn't already listed.
- Open an Issue first if it's a completely new category to discuss the best way to integrate it.
- If it's just a session, open a Pull Request following this format:
### Title of the Session — WWDCXX [Link to the video] A 1-2 sentence description explaining the "Why". Mention the key technologies.
