Adds a new right-click context menu option in the Favorites list: "Check for missing chapters".
When triggered, reads the manga's source site and fetches the full chapter list, checks each chapter against what is on the local disk set via the configured SaveTo folder. Any chapter without a matching file is flagged as missing and queued for download.
Before checking, it scans the SaveTo folder to determine what format the other chapters are saved as (CBZ, ZIP, PDF, EPUB, or uncompressed folder). It then checks each chapter against that format specifically. If the folder is empty and there is nothing to compare against, it falls back to whatever is set in the app's "Save downloaded chapters as" in options.
It also treats a leftover uncompressed folder as missing when the rest of the library is compressed — this catches chapters where the images downloaded successfully but the compression step failed or was interrupted.
