These meta-workflows were added to help solve the issue of certain wfrs failing over and over - they are designed for samples with high coverage and have spot instances turned off for bwa-mem, picard-MarkDuplicates (the current problematic workflow, where EC2s keep terminating), and BaseRecalibrator.
