This seems to be a data-level inconsistency rather than an extraction-framework bug.
The framework correctly materializes the value it receives from the Wikipedia infobox.
The difference between dbr:J.K._Rowling and dbr:J._K._Rowling likely comes from redirect / canonicalization on the Wikipedia side for this specific page.
A fix would therefore belong either in Wikipedia or via a post-processing / dataset correction step, not in the extraction framework itself.
