Base Image Issues

Is anyone else having issues with the mcr.microsoft.com/devcontainers/python:1-3.10-bookworm base image we are using? It appears they haven't rotated the GPG keys for yarn so it will not install properly.

I've resorted to a manual dockerfile rebuild of the the base image to fix the issue but as our repo devcontainer still contains the broken image is everyone else doing this and we need to fix the repo devcontainer? Or is this an issue that only I've run into. I suppose based on current users thats pretty much is this affecting you @axellpadilla

Yes it was, but I'm still using my patched branch devcontainer so didn't realize this time on tests, we should change it, moving this to issue, tested with a simple change, merging now

I'm also enabling uv on initial steps and sending some bugfixes, hope you like uv
