Offer more flexibility for inline quotation settings

Inline quotations inherit font settings from main settings.

But this is not really desirable as you would normally want to have the an inline quote use the same font as surrounding text.

Change defaults for inline quotes to inherit font from surrounding text and offer more settings to individually format the font for inline quotations and references.
