Should we also add a link to #dev > Debezium Forum Agenda the that is effectively the place where asking to add content to the agenda?

Given that our normal public forum meeting lasts 45 minutes, would it be good to cap the standard talks at 30 minutes? This would give us 10-15 minutes for introductions and Q&A at the end?
