- Unify Hugo container image to the official GHCR source across both local development and build pipelines, upgrading from mixed v0.150.1/v0.159.2 to v0.161.1
- Bump web product module dependency from v0.1.12 to v0.1.14 to align with the updated Hugo version
- Replace curl-based HTTP healthcheck with a lightweight netstat port probe to remove the curl dependency from the minimal Hugo container image
- Strip redundant empty language configuration directives and set explicit working directory for the container
