lacking tests for async embedding_retriever

There is test_embedding_retrieval.py but I haven't seen any tests for embedding retrieval asyncly. Hope I just missed them.

Most of the async tests for the retrievers live within the test_embedding_retrieval.py. For example, here is the one for the OpenSearch Embedding Retriever

I am totally stupid and forgot to mention I am talking about the mongo db atlas integration

No worries, I checked the integration and it looks like the async tests for the embedding retriever are actually in a file called test_retriever.py for Mongo db atlas
