Clearing Data using SDK

hi, I'm trying to use this SDK and one use case I have is to clear data - especially dates. From the API Docs, you should pass a null to clear data... but when I pass nulls to the SDK I get type mismatch errors.

By design? I'm down to fork and fix if you want/need... wanted to ask first.

To be clear, it is for custom fields.

Hi, I'm kinda back at this issue again.
So here's the use case.
Custom field, I'm tracking a "Cancel Date".
If someone cancels something, it sets the date.
If they come back later and re-initalize something, I need to remove, null, or delete that field's value.

Is that possible?

If I remove the code which passes either null or empty string to the Cancel Date custom field, the process works (but leaving the bad data in the contact record)

If I have the code, it throws an error (with no message).

Could you open a pull request with your modifications ?

If the tests are passing I would merge them and publish a new version.
