…ages Upstream Bitnami refactored their public Docker Hub catalog, removing older versioned images from the primary namespaces. This broke out-of-the-box Helm deployments for DeathStarBench due to persistent ImagePullBackOff (NotFound) errors on MongoDB and Redis. This commit updates the default configurations to target the public archival 'bitnamilegacy' repositories, ensuring the matching Debian-11 images can be pulled seamlessly.
