@kt3k we are not quite consistent yet on this behaviour, but currently its on everything that doesnt relate to an app (sandboxes, databases). i still wanna change this to be a bit more clearer, but for now i decided to match the previous behaviour. |

this unifies and cleans up behaviour that may be incosistent. makes the overall codebase more readable.
