Add optional 'core-branch' and 'core-pr-number' inputs to the Regenerate Test workflow. When provided, the workflow: 1. Checks out the dependabot-core repo at the specified branch or PR 2. Builds the updater image locally using script/build 3. Passes --updater-image to the CLI with the locally built image This enables developers to regenerate smoke tests against their dependabot-core changes before merging, using the same local build approach as dependabot-core's own smoke pipeline. If both inputs are left empty, the workflow uses the latest released updater image (existing behavior). Co-authored-by: Copilot <223556219+Copilot@users.noreply.github.com>
