Adds the HolmDigital Accessibility Ecosystem to the community projects list.

A regulatory accessibility ecosystem built on axe-core:

  • @holmdigital/engine — CLI & programmatic scanner that maps axe-core
results to EU legal frameworks (EN 301 549, WAD, EAA) across 12 languages
    and 15 countries

  • @holmdigital/standards — Machine-readable regulatory database mapping
WCAG criteria to national laws and enforcement bodies

  • @holmdigital/components — Accessible React component library with
    built-in compliance (29+ components)

  • npm: https://www.npmjs.com/org/holmdigital

  • GitHub: https://github.com/holmdigital/a11y-hd

  • Docs: https://wiki.holmdigital.se

@Labontese I'm going to close this pull request. This page is created for projects that use Axe-core. While the page this is linked to is indeed such a project, it is part of a larger commercial offering that includes audits and consultancy. This page is not intended to advertise commercial services in the accessibility space. We feel the page you've shared crosses that line, and so we decided not to include it.
