Emoji/Internationalized-Domain Support

As I was in the process of buying my first emoji domain, I first wanted to test if the desec dashboard supported it without Punny Codes. Sadly I discovered that it doesn't support emojis or non-English characters (e.g. "ä" or "すし"). Therefore, I'm asking to add support for that or a conversation layer to Punny Code. It could help prevent future problems or issues. As this is not really a complex issue, I would be happy to help create an implementation.

Please feel free to create a pull request. I'm not familiar with emoji domains - let's discuss what you exactly plan to do before you invest much time, to make sure everything works out as expected.

As different U-labels can actually look the same, the punycode (A-label) representation remains a necessity. However, a separate column would usually be inappropriate, as in most cases they would be the same.

A neat way to solve this would be to embed an IDN JavaScript library to render U-labels, but display the punycode form upon hovering (or similar, needs to work on mobile). We also need to think through what to do for invalid UTF8 (which is conceivable), and how this is supposed to work with the search field.
