It would be great to have a quick filter on the main screens to filter out all the read topics.

A button on the top bar that would toggle the read topics to disappear.
Describe alternatives you've considered
Currently you must scroll through tons of the read stuff to find something new, especially in the Best screen, where the new topics appear in random order.
