Add Dev Container features by sliekens (#683)

Hopefully somebody finds them useful. I got features for most of the big AI tools (Copilot, Codex, Claude, OpenCode), Ansible, Bitwarden, Aspire, Mono, GitHub CLI, Gitea CLI, and more to come based on my personal interests and spare time.
