Support mcr.microsoft.com/devcontainers/base:alpine-3.23 as manifest

version alpine-3.23 is not available in https://mcr.microsoft.com/v2/devcontainers/base/tags/list
so using docker pull mcr.microsoft.com/devcontainers/base:alpine-3.23 for instance generate a manifest unkown message

Thank you for reporting this issue. This has been changed as part of PR to simplity the image naming convention of the base images where images with tags such as alpine-3.23, debian-12 or ubuntu-24.04 are removed.

Would request you to use mcr.microsoft.com/devcontainers/base:alpine3.23 image variant instead of the other one.
