All subdomains must be registered to an individual GitHub account, organisations may not be the registered owner of a subdomain.
By using dev.wales, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.
dev.wales allows users to register a subdomain under the "dev.wales" domain. This service is offered "as-is" without guarantees of uptime, support, or permanence.
Subdomains are intended solely for individuals and non-commercial projects.
We reserve the right to deny any subdomain registration request for any reason.
You agree not to use, attempt to use, or permit others to use the dev.wales service or any related infrastructure for any of the following purposes:
- Illegal activities
- Degrading the service's performance or availability
- Promoting violence or harm
- Harassment, hate speech, or discrimination
- Pornography or sexually explicit material
- Impersonation and misrepresentation
- Infringe third-party rights
- Commercial, for-profit or political purposes
- Unsolicited communications
- Cryptocurrency and blockchain mining
- Abusive automation
- Proxy or VPN services
- Performing actions that violates the Nominet UK policy

dev.wales retains all rights, title, and interest in the "dev.wales" domain and associated systems.
You retain ownership of any content you host on your subdomain. Your hosted content however must not infringe third-party rights.
You grant us permission to use your registration data to operate the service.
We reserve the right to terminate your subdomain at any time, for any reason.
Termination may occur without prior notice. Any donations will not be refunded.
For privacy-related inquiries, please contact us at contact@navnic.org. We are not responsible for any data or privacy breaches resulting from the use of our service.
We do not collect or process personal data beyond what is necessary to operate the service.
The dev.wales service is provided "as-is" and "as available." We make no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding the service's functionality, reliability, or suitability for any particular purpose.
You use the service at your own risk.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless dev.wales, its operators, and affiliates from any claims, losses, liabilities, or expenses arising from your use of the service or violation of these Terms.
These Terms will be governed by the laws of Macao Special Administrative Region without regard to conflict of law principles. To the extent that any lawsuit or court proceeding is permitted hereunder, you and dev.wales agree to submit to the personal and exclusive jurisdiction of the Macao Special Administrative Region and courts located within Macao Special Administrative Region for the purpose of litigating all such disputes.
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
