Looks like it's not just Windows. I suppose this is a generic upstream https://github.com/apache/arrow-rs-object-store bug, perhaps related to apache/arrow-rs-object-store#284. Maybe best to create an issue upstream? |

According to upstream (apache/arrow-rs-object-store#483) this is expected not to work. We can come back to this if there's a resolution upstream. |
