I'm not sure what you implemented.
But it is very different from the original implementation of the GEPA algorithm, despite what you said; seems to me that you gave Claude Code the paper, hoping for a complete implementation, and branded it as such.
None of that is in line with the original:
- concept of compound AI systems
- optimisation system prompts
- core algorithm itself
The only resemblance is the textual feedback.
