Incompatibilidade com Python 3.13.7 #1

Ao executar os comandos com a versão 3.13.7 do Python:

python3 -m venv venv
source venv/bin/activate  # No Windows: venv\Scripts\activate
pip install -r requirements.txt

O seguinte erro é retornado:

Porém, é possível instalar as dependências normalmente com a versão 3.12.11.

Estou utilizando Ubuntu 22.04 via WSL no Windows 11
