refactor: rename deviceInfo lastUpdated to lastSynced, add firstDiscovered (#3443)

Aligns DeviceInfo model with console discovery-timestamp changes. Type-only field; not rendered, so no runtime dependency on the API change.

Related to device-management-toolkit/rpc-go#1394
