Expanding on this question and following up on issue #36 . Would it also be possible to initiate the containers with oh-my-zsh (and other plugins like zsh-autosuggestions and fzf) already installed?

How could someone use predefined aliases and functions when using zsh and how could we keep our zsh histrory across sessions?
