EnterpriseRAG-AI currently lacks a Code of Conduct. This is essential for open-source projects participating in programs like GSSoC to ensure contributors understand expected behavior and reporting mechanisms.

Proposed Solution

• Add a standard CODE_OF_CONDUCT.md (Contributor Covenant v2.1) at the project root
• Reference it in CONTRIBUTING.md

Acceptance Criteria

• CODE_OF_CONDUCT.md exists at project root
• Content follows Contributor Covenant v2.1 standard
• Linked from CONTRIBUTING.md
