This is one part of the fix for devonfw/IDEasy#1800
URLs for IntelliJ versions newer than 2025.2.6.1 (at which point ultimate and the community were unified) have been moved from the ultimate edition to the standard (intellij) edition. This allows users who don't configure IDEasy to specifically use the IntelliJ ultimate edition to use the latest IntelliJ editions.
