support langchain4j executeWithContext contract in tool wrappers (fixes skill tools)

Hello, I was getting ex "llegalStateException: executeWithContext must be called instead" when tried to use any skill and made fix, which works perfectly fine. I'd like to make pull request. Can I get access to create branches
